At WorkPro Desk, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our ergonomic solutions. We stand by the quality of our products and offer a 100 day risk-free trial to give you ample time to experience your desk. If you're not fully satisfied, we'll gladly assist with returns, exchanges, or refunds, provided the following conditions are met:


Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges:

Timeframe: You must contact us to initiate a return or exchange within 100 days from the date of delivery.

Product Condition:
The item must be in "like new" condition, free of damage, wear and tear, scratches, or modifications.
Desktops or frames fixed with screws or assembled in a way that impacts resale value cannot be accepted.
Packaging: Products must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging with all tags, stickers, and accessories included.
Proof of Purchase: A copy of the order invoice or receipt must accompany the returned item.
Authorization: Returns must be pre-authorized by WorkPro Desk. Contact our team to start the process.
Freight Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged, faulty, or incorrect items).

Non-Returnable Items:
Customized or made-to-order products.
Bulk orders (quantities of 3 or more units of the same item).

Refund/Exchange Options:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges for a different model, color, or size are subject to availability.
Store credit is available upon request.

Restocking Fee:
All returns due to change of mind are subject to a 10% restocking fee (deducted from the refund amount).
