Coverage Details

WorkPro warrants that:

  • Products match specifications and descriptions provided
  • Core components (frames, desktops) remain free from material or workmanship defects
  • Full operational functionality throughout warranty periods
  • Electrical components (motors) meet performance standards

Warranty Periods

From the date of delivery:

10-Year Coverage

  • Desk Frames (all configurations)
  • Tabletops/Desktops (all material types)

3-Year Coverage

  • Motors & Electrical Components
  • Power Management Systems

Service Solutions

We will:

  • Assess defects honestly
  • Provide free repair or replacement of defective components
  • Cover return shipping for parts requiring inspection
  • Supply installation guides for user-replaceable parts
  • Offer replacement parts for purchase post-warranty

Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Improper assembly or disassembly
  • Weight capacity violations
  • Environmental damage (moisture, heat, or salt exposure)
  • Unauthorized modifications
  • Impact or accidental damage
  • Motor overuse beyond duty cycles
  • Transit damage claims after 2 business days

Claims Process

To make a claim:

  1. Notify us within 7 days of defect discovery
  2. Provide:

    • Clear photos or video evidence

  3. Allow 5-7 business days for assessment

Transit Damage Protocol
